What is Frequency Coaching?
Frequency coaching helps you raise your frequency quickly and efficiently by changing those aspects of your life that lower your frequency. Change is much easier to accomplish when you break it down into small chuncks. That is what I will help you do.
Hi, my name is Wendy Hedrick and I am a frequency coach. After assessing your frequency, you and I will work on the fastest and easiest way to raise it. We begin by focusing on the low hanging fruit, those changes that are easiest to make. Then we address the harder stuff, the limiting beliefs and habits that lower your frequency. With each change you make, whether easy or hard, you are raising your frequency and increasing your ability to attract good things to you.
To get started, schedule a coaching session. It is as easy as one, two, three. The initial session is free. It gives us a chance to get to know each other and to explore what you want to achieve. In subsequent sessions, we will work on raising your frequency to match that of what you desire. In other words, we will change your vibrational frequency to one that attracts opportunities to you rather than drives them away.
Below are the steps involved in the frequency coaching process.
- Calculate your frequency based on your mood, thoughts, and habits.
- Calculate the frequency of what you want to achieve based on its capacity to elevate your happiness.
- Determine the gap you have to close between your frequency and that of what you desire.
- Identify negative beliefs that lower your frequency (and chances) for success.
- Replace negative beliefs with ones that will support you and raise your frequency.
- Identify conditions in your life that negatively impact your frequency: habits, activities, thought patterns, focus, as well as environmental conditions.
- Begin a systematic approach to eliminate and/or transform these negative conditions.
